  1. I was not a fan of Zoya due to their poor service, but the colors keep bringing me back to them. Love, love, love this collection.

  2. ^Poor service? What happened? *is nosy*

And I really like Cynthia and Tao. I may also get Petra, just for the name. I love the name Petra. n_n

  3. I am loving both collections. Don't know if I will pick and choose or if I will get 1 each? I have some spoon credits to use up. As far as Zoya's service - gosh I have had nothing but perfect service. I get my orders really fast...I usually am at zero as far as need to pay for shipping - but toss in the extra $2 for super fast 2 day ship. My orders are always packed well and complete. Also calling in or emailing their cust. service when I had a ? has been nothing but settler. Petra and Tao are really calling my name right now the most out of these 2 collections. Wish the spoons had been avaiable when I just got my last shipping this past week. I took advantage of ordering the full Lock Down system (which is great) and then got to pick one of the 2 - full 6 piece summer polish collections for free. That was a GREAT deal. I think it was only on for a few days, but worth checking now to see if its' still on. $49 for the entire color lock system that has everything you need and great quality including their famous remover, base, top, ridge filler base, thinner, fast dry drops. No tax and free ship at $49 for that full size set and 6 free polishes that are $8 each...great deal like I said!

  5. Nina, get them at Ulta instead of ordering direct. I'm also nosy to find out what happened tho!

I want all of them, but can't afford that. I'm hoping that Zoya will run one of their specials on these.

  6. I don't own alot of Zoya's and wished I had known about them sooner, so many great seasonal collections. My Ulta sells them for $7. Zoya has not gotten alot of business from me because they do not answer e-mails in a timely manner. That's not the best customer service.

  7. All~I think it's a beautiful Fall color selection for this collection! I've not had a problem with their customer service, but I can understand why those of you who have don't wish to order. CS is important to me too, and that has a huge influence on how I feel about a company/product.
