Above: Prancer is a clear based polish with red micro glitter and larger hex glitter. The larger glitter pieces reflect an amber color which adds a little something extra to the look. It's fairly sheer on its own, so I used 1 coat, then applied a coat of China Glaze Frosty over that. Lastly, I used one more coat of Prancer over the top.
Below: Blitzen is also a clear based shade and filled with silver and gold micro glitter. It has a sparse amount of slightly larger glitter in a reddish/violet color mixed in too. I used 2 coats of this shade over the look shown in the first photo.
Surprisingly, all of the layers dried quickly! I love the amber glow of Prancer's glitter, and I'm always drawn to polishes that have both silver and gold glitter in them, so Blitzen also appeals to me. Part of me wishes they weren't so sheer on their own, but they are definitely pretty as layering polishes.
Have you picked up these tiny beauties yet? I haven't seen them layered over darker shades yet, but I'm sure they are very effective that way as well.
