Old School! OPI Midnight Blue Glitter

My favorite topic to discuss on my blog--old school discontinued nail polishes! Today I have OPI Midnight Blue Glitter, an aptly named--albeit very sheer, 4 coats!--charcoal gray shimmer with multi colored glitter in blue, teal, purple, silver, and black. Below is a mix of photos taken indoors, outdoors, and Ott-light assisted.

Below: A macro shot taken outdoors (left) and indoors (right).

Midnight Blue Glitter was part of the little Tuxedo Collection (2004), which also contained Black Satin and Black Onyx. This polish has a very sheer gray base and an overload of glitter. You can basically get the same effect with a coat or two over a charcoal grey shimmer, or you can enjoy the fumes and go for 4 coats. A quick Google search shows that this polish is still available from a number of sources at a reasonable price. What do you think of this shade? I love how the blue glitter flashes against the charcoal color.
