New Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Shades & There's Some Glitters!
I saw 2 new-to-me Sally Hansen Complete Salon Finish displays at Meijer this morning and picked up some shades that looked interesting to me. There were 2 table top displays and one had 7 shades--2 of each color. This particular display had Commander in Chic in it, but I didn't recognize the other shades. The only one I picked from that group was So Much Fawn, the pale coral on the right in the top row shown below. The other display was much larger, having 14 shades, again with 2 of each color. I believe this is the Fall Tracy Reese Collection. There were plum cremes, a purple glass flecked type shade, a silver, a couple of shades in the taupe family ranging from dark to light, a deep fuchsia shimmer, red shimmer, and the 5 I picked up below.

Sequin Scandal is definitely cool!
ReplyDeleteThese colours are all so pretty. Can't wait to see swatches!

ReplyDeleteOkay these are so awesome. I will probably buy everyone of them.
ReplyDeleteI've got to find these! Wonder if the red ruby one will be similar to CG ruby slippers.
ReplyDeleteI love the bottom 3! :)
ReplyDeleteI sure want to see Sequin Scandal. Golden Ticket looks nice also.
ReplyDeletedowntown rubies and sequin scandal look gorgeous
ReplyDeleteHm Downtown Ruby and Sequin Scandal are very pretty!
ReplyDeleteI saw the bigger display at my Meijer on Sunday when I went in to look for the pumpkin polishes. Looked like a nice collection with only a few dupes to colors already in their line.
ReplyDeleteI have to go and look out for these! Thanks for posting this.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see your swatches
ReplyDeleteFedora looks like a marshmellow rolled in glitter, love it! Can't wait to see swatches!
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen them yet,Mary, however, I have found that usually a week after you blog about the Sally polishes, they usually show up at my Walgreens. At least that was the case recently with the Extreme Wears, two of which I did pick up. I can't wait to see the purple glass-flecked shade, and will probably also pick up Sequin Scandal! Love the macro shots!
ReplyDeleteOooh Downtown Rubies and Fedora <3
ReplyDeleteThe bottom 3 are my favourites!
ReplyDeleteFedora and Evening Fog are definitely Tracy Reese collection colors. I remember those from last spring when she did her Fall '10 collection. Wet Clay is the color the models were wearing with an overlay of black lace. Was Wet Clay in the display you saw, Mary?
ReplyDeletei love this collection, i have reviewed it on my blog
ReplyDeletecheck it out

The table top display is all re-promotes, sadly. If you have a drugstore with the CSM line, you'll see all of them in the perm display.
ReplyDeleteThe 14 brand new ones are spectacular, although the glitters are fairly sheer, especially Golden Ticket and Downtown Rubies, but they'd both be gorgeous over a similar nail color to make the color seen in the bottle. Also, the flakey ones: Sequin Scandal and Problem Child are amazing! Don't hesitate to get them both! If I had to pick one though, it would be SS. All of the pigmentation on the colored polishes is spectacular, except... wait for it.... Wet Clay, the most talked about shade from this collection. It was very sheer and would probably need 3-4 coats. No wonder they used black lace over it! LOL
Hope this helps you all! =)
