Essie's Two New Collections: Fall & Winter 2010

I don't know about you, but I'm going into polish overload with all of these new collections! Yen from VNS just sent these pictures to me from Cosmoprof North America, Las Vegas, where she's busy checking out all of the newest collections and products. Raise your hand if you think it would be extremely fun to be there with her! o/
The picture quality is a little dark, but I see another green in the Winter Collection, and I've been looking forward to Sew Psyched, the dusty light olive green in the Fall collection. The Fall collection is due out in September, and I don't know a specific time frame for the Winter Collection.

  1. Essie is really getting into green--love it, can't wait!!

  2. Yay! Essie can release green polish all they want! I'm okay with it. =)

  3. I'm looking forward to seeing these!

  4. Ooh! Lots of dark colours! I hope I'll have the courage to venture out into these colours!

  5. more jellies? they kinda look like jellies! yes please!

  6. I see a dark green and what looks like a dark purple in the winter collection... I wish that we had names for the colors!!

  7. Loving the entire Fall collection!! The winter one seems great too. Greige variations are going to continue for a while, more the merrier!! Due to Chanel Jade and the sprawl the popularity of mint/turquoise this year, it's inevitable to see darker variation for A/W! Loving it!!

  8. These look awesom, especially love the winter collection!

  9. Oooh, these look promising! I typically don't go for Essie too often but I'm excited to see what these look like!

  10. Essie is really killing it with these greens, blues, ect! I love that they keep branching out!

  11. summer is pasting by so fast! love the colors.

  12. for the fall I like the two on the far left of the display!

  13. I'm really interested in seeing how Sew Psyched compares to RBL Diddy Mow. Also, I wonder why they chose the name Sew Psyched. What does a light olive green have to do with needlecraft?

  14. I'm looking forward to seeing the green. At least there aren't any light pinks.

  15. Essie is making a green in every collection? No sheers? Did something freeze over?

  16. Ping~I know, nice to see them adding a green to every collection!

Serena~it's becoming the norm for them lately and I'm not complaining one bit!

Zara~me too! Some colors may be dupe-y, but there are some pretty interesting ones in there too from both collections.

~Lisa~do it! I think you'll love dark colors once you get used to wearing them.

~jbrobeck~could be! Essie makes some great jelly polishes. My favorite was one (I think it was called Raspberry Acai?) that I won in a contest last year and it is one of my favorite jellies.

~Kelsey~I'm curious about the names too. Hopefully we'll know more soon :)

~Stylishly Yours~you think "how many greige polishes can there be?", but I'm with you. I have lots of them and I'm intrigued every time I see another one!

~Anonymous~that deep wine one looks great to me, and Swe Psyched is one I must have NOW!

~Laura~there are some nice-looking ones in both collections. I've always liked Essie and have been pleased to see that they're adding new things a bit color-wise.

~Aurora's Nails~love their blues and greens, keep 'em coming!

~Tara~it really is, it's crazy! I love Summer and Fall, my favorite seasons, especially for polishes :)

~Starlight~they do look promising, especially that pink or whatever it is, the second one in from the left.

~M~I have Diddy Mow and haven't even opened it yet :/ Who knows what some of the names mean on polishes...always a guessing game!

~Lucy~you're right, no pale pinks. How unusual for them :)

~Rachel~what is going on here? No complaints from me though!

  17. i'd love to see the winter collection up close! i wonder if that's a pink or a red... i can't really tell. i do know that i want it!

  18. I am loving Essie at the moment! I just love the images they use for their collections. I love both collections, especially that dark green, teal colour form the Winter collection!
