Above & Below: QRS Toffy is a metallic frost in a shade of light beige. This was 3 coats, although it dried quickly. The above pictures are outdoors at the start of some much needed rain, no flash. Below shots are indoors with a flash.
I already posted QRS Orange Slush as my Nail of the Day, so now I'll show you QRS Toffy and call it my Nail of the Night. This is the 13th QRS polish I've tried since I received my order last month and I have loved them all. However, this one just isn't really doing anything for me. I'll blame it on me, because I don't care much for frosty/metallic finishes. Combine that with the fact that it's a very plain shade (a silvery light beige), so I'm just so-so on this one. But I must give it some credit, because I applied 3 coats rather quickly and it dried almost immediately. It was beginning to rain, so I couldn't get a complete opinion of it outside, although I did notice that it appears more silvery outdoors and more of a light beige indoors. I don't hate it by any means, it just isn't impressing me color-wise. It's quite foily though and I think it might work nicely as a Konad stamping color over a dark brown or black shade.
My blog reading and leaving comments on my blog and yours is way behind and I apologize for that. Between all of the Zoya swatching, the Organic & Natural Beauty reading/reviewing and little Daily Contests I'm doing, trying to stay on top of things this month is a bit of a challenge! I've read all of your comments and appreciate every one of them and hopefully I can get back to my normal routine over the weekend.
