This is a polish I've wanted for over a year, and kept forgetting to add it to an order. I finally remembered to do that a couple of weeks ago, and let me tell you, it was worth the wait. I love the name for some reason, it reminds me of Blueberry Buckle cake! I was afraid it may be quite sheer, so I used Orly's Ridge Filler to give it a milky white base and something to better build upon. The application went well with 3 thin coats and was much less sheer than I had imagined. This is a lavender shimmer with a bright violet/magenta flash. It leans more toward the blue side in certain lighting and more lavender in other lighting. I grouped some of the pictures together to show you what I'm talking about. It makes me happy when I've been wanting something for a long time and then it doesn't disappoint me. This one was instant love for me, unlike my CHI polish of yesterday :)

  1. It is really pretty, worth the wait,eh? The close up showing the different flecks of color is lovely, this is a gem. ^^

  2. I was thinking the same thing about the name - it made me think of a blueberry buckle. The color is really pretty - looks like a nice lavendar with a kick!

  3. I can't believe. That I've held out on this polish! Yep,I've been in limbo over weather to buy this polish or not. I was worried about it being too sheer. It's beautiful! I'll have to remember to pick up some of Orly's Ridge filler too. Glad you weren't disappointed.

  4. This color is very pretty, i like how it could change with light !
